I-Deal Docs allows you to specify author/instructional/usage notes against each clause. When using the clause library search window, operators will be given a visual cue that notes exist for a particular clause. They can view the notes without leaving the search window simply by clicking on the notes icon. This allows you to document your in-house intellectual property about clauses - for example, you might refer them to other complementary clauses or you might direct them to the relevant section of an Act.
