Using in Variable Prompt¶

At a minimum, each common address must be assigned a code and an address. Using this code, or the built-in search window, you can quickly insert the address into any document. But each address can also store additional contact information, such as a salutation, ACN, email address, phone, fax, and mobile numbers. This information can be accessed by the Variable Prompt functions of I-Deal Docs and automatically merged into documents during the assembly process.
