Variables in addresses

Common address entries can be set up to prompt for variable information, which you will be asked to enter as the address is inserted into a document. For example, if you frequently send faxes to a particular organisation but the recipient varies each time, you could create a common address entry containing all the fixed information and configure it to prompt for the recipient’s name during insertion. Your common address might then be set up like this:
